Before the Living Well Sticky notes, I was drowning in loose scrap 'to-do' notes. A friend recommended the Living Well note pad at the same time a business coach told me that 3-5 things were really 'the max' of what a person can successfully accomplish, with a high degree of completion, each day. What I love about these notes is that they allow my 'messier'-thinking-brain to write down as many tasks as I can think of in one place, BUT structurally forces me to prioritize that aspirational set of tasks into a 'must do', 'should do', and 'what others need' course of daily or weekly action. I find myself checking a lot more boxes and these task-pads also helped keep the sea of loose 3x3 stickies at bay. Thanks Living Well!
